MIT CSAIL Alliances' profile says Anguelov joined Waymo in 2018 to lead the research team, previously led 3D perception at Zoox, and earlier at Google worked on Street View 3D vision and on computer-vision systems for Google Photos, including Inception and the SSD detector.12
