Organizational Alignment and Partnership
- Develop employee communications strategies and content that clarify business priorities, leadership decisions, organizational changes and implications for employees.
- Lead communications for business transformation, organizational change and leadership transitions.
- Partner across Human Resources, Corporate and Product Communications, Analyst Relations, Marketing, Investor Relations, and other functions to align narratives, timing, and priorities.

They possess sharp business acumen, connecting communications strategy to measurable outcomes, and can back it up with a compelling portfolio that showcases executive and employee communications as well as complex business and technology storytelling.
