How jobs on AI People Wiki work

The jobs section lists open roles at AI companies and labs that are in the wiki. Listings come straight from each employer’s public careers board (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Workday). We read each board a few times a day with a crawler that identifies itself as AIPeopleWikiBot, keep only the fields the employer publishes, and link every listing back to the employer’s page. We never collect applications.

What you see

Each job page shows the title, locations, workplace type, pay when the employer states it, the employer’s description, and where and when we found it. A job leaves the site, and our sitemap, when the employer stops listing it. Dates are the employer’s posting date when given, otherwise the day we first saw the listing.

Lists

Lists by employer, state, role and topic (entry level, internships, remote and more) are built by rules on the employer’s own titles and fields. Each list page states its rule.

Corrections and takedowns

If a listing is wrong, stale, or you represent an employer that doesn’t want its board read, use the form on the About page and we’ll act on it quickly.
